On August 1, 1997, Larry and Dorothy Krusemark and Kenneth and Faye Christiansen purchased approximately ten acres of land from Donald Benson.  This land was developed into ten lots for new homes, was annexed to the Village of Pender and called West View Addition. The street going through the addition is 27 feet wide, which is two feet wider than any other street in Pender. The addition has a circle drive which is the first in Pender. Six of the lots are over 15,000 square feet. Each and four of the lots have over 18,000 square feet.  Three of the six lots can accommodate a walk-out basement. This addition sits on the “hill” in Pender, in a very prime location.
